产品介绍Purmorphamine与Smo拮抗剂竞争性结合到Smoothened，并激活Smoothened，IC50约为1.5 μM，也诱导成骨细胞分化，EC50为1μM。
备注Purmorphamine, which directly binds and activates Smoothened, blocks BODIPY-cyclopamine binding to Smo with IC50 of ~ 1.5 μM and also is an inducer of osteoblast differentiation with EC50 of 1 μM.
生化机理Purmorphamine, a purine derivative, has been shown to activate the Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway which is important for regulating embryonic patterning, stem cell renewal, and tissue regeneration. Additionally, this compound has been noted to display osteogenesis-inducing activity in multipotent mesenchymal progenitor cells. Similar studies have reported purmorphamine to enhance events related to osteoblast differentiation. Purmorphamine is an activator of Smo.
